Diana G. Zuniga was appointed to our Board in February 2022. Ms. Zuniga has served since 2005 as an advisory director of IBC s subsidiary bank branch, IBC Austin, and continues to be a part of that advisory board. Ms. Zuniga has more than 30 years experience in real estate and investments. Ms. Zuniga has a Bachelor s degree in education from the University of Texas at Austin. As one of our independent directors, Ms. Zuniga s experience as an advisory board member and a real estate business owner has led the Board to conclude that she should continue serving on our Board.
