Ms. Siegel, age 69, is the President of LAS Advisory Services, with a background in business and human resources leadership. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of CECO Environmental Corp., an environmentally focused diversified industrial company. She previously served on the board of Lumen Technologies, a global enterprise technology platform. She retired in September 2012 from Tyco International Ltd., a diversified manufacturing and service company, where she had served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Communications since 2003. From 1994 to 2002, she held various positions with Honeywell International Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources Specialty Materials. Ms. Siegel received an M.B.A. and an M.A. degree in City and Regional Planning, both from Harvard University. She completed her B.A. at the University of Michigan. Ms. Siegel s key qualifications, experiences and skills include executive experience with multi-national companies, as well as human resources and executive compensation expertise. She serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee at CECO. Ms. Siegel brings to FactSet s Board substantial experience as a human resources executive with large global enterprises as well as substantial public company board experience.
