Former President Del Webb Corporation. The Board determined that Ms. Mariucci should serve as a director of the Company due to her experience in the housing and construction industry with Del Webb Corporation, Taylor Morrison Home Corporation and Pulte Homes, Inc. as well as her business, investment and financial expertise.
