MR. DIEZ is Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the HR Committee. Since March 2026, Mr. Diez has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Ryder System, Inc. ("Ryder"), a commercial fleet management and supply chain solutions company. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ryder from 2025 to March 2026. From 2021 to 2024 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ryder, and from 2019 to 2021 he served as Ryder s President of Fleet Management Solutions. Mr. Diez joined Ryder in 2002 and held various other roles of increasing responsibility and seniority in finance and operations.
