Ms. Gervasi currently serves as a senior advisor and executive coach at My Next Season, a consulting company. From 2012 to 2020, she served as the chief human resources officer and later as an executive advisor to the CEO and board of directors of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (The Hartford; NYSE: HIG), an insurance and investment company, where she also served as senior vice president of human resources from 2010 to 2012.
