PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
Ms. Doughtie is the former chair and chief executive officer of KPMG U.S., one of the largest professional services firms. She held this role from 2015 to 2020, becoming the first woman to serve as both chair and CEO in the firm s history. She also was a member of KPMG s Global Board and Executive Committee. Ms. Doughtie led KPMG s advisory business in the U.S. after joining KPMG s audit practice in 1985 and serving in a number of national, regional and global leadership roles, including as lead engagement partner. Ms. Doughtie earned a B.S. in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech)/Pamplin College of Business in 1985, as well as her certification as a public accountant.
