Ms. Chan has been a Director of EnerSys since 2020. She retired from Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) as Vice President and General Manager of Telco and Edge AI business in August 2025. From 2018 to 2024, she was the Vice President and General Manager of the Network Business Incubator Division at Intel. Ms. Chan has held numerous other positions with Intel, such as Vice President and General Manager of the 5G Infrastructure Division (from 2017 to 2018), Sr. Director of the 5G Infrastructure Division (from 2016 to 2017), Director of Wireless Technology and Strategy (from 2010 to 2016), and Director of Strategy Business Development, Wireless Program Office (from 2009 to 2010). Board Experience: Ms. Chan served as a director of Telecom Infra Project, a non-profit membership organization focused on progress and developments in all facets of the telecom industry from 2017 to 2025. In addition, Ms. Chan also served as director of CTIA, a non-profit industry group representing wireless operators and vendors in the Americas from 2021 to 2025. Skills and Qualifications: Ms. Chan s strategic planning expertise, especially as it relates to 5G and wireless infrastructure and market development, makes her an invaluable contributor to the Board. Ms. Chan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from the University of Texas and her Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
