With more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, Vogt began his career in sales and marketing at Zimmer Biomet, rising through the ranks to senior leadership positions focused on joint reconstruction. Prior to joining Enovis in 2022 following the Colfax spin-off, he held key roles at Paragon 28, where he spearheaded the company's expansion into extremities and trauma markets, achieving significant revenue growth and market share gains. His expertise in product development and global commercialization has consistently delivered double-digit growth across portfolios. Vogt's notable achievements include launching multiple FDA-cleared platforms that enhanced surgical precision and reduced recovery times, as well as forging strategic partnerships that expanded Enovis's international footprint.
