Mr. Kurtzweil has served as an independent consultant since 2017, which includes periodically serving as an interim Chief Financial Officer for his clients. Mr. Kurtzweil is also engaged in cybersecurity matters, holding a certificate in cybersecurity oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.
