Ms. Blake served on the Board of Directors and as a member and Chair of the Risk Committee of SSGA Trust Company, the governing board for SSGA Institutional Products and SPDR SPY and DIA ETFs, from January 2018 to September 2021, and at times, served as a member of SSGA's Global Fiduciary and Conduct Committee, Investment Committee, Executive Management Group, and the State Street Conduct Risk Committee. Additionally, Ms. Blake served on the advisory boards of The Posse Foundation, a college access and youth leadership development program, from December 2016 to July 2023 and the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School, a premier research institution, from September 2020 to October 2021. Ms. Blake was also a member of the Investor Advisory Group of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), a nonprofit organization which connects businesses and investors on the financial impacts of sustainability, from 2016 to September 2021. Since September 2023, Ms. Blake has been a member of the Board of Directors of United Natural Foods, Inc., which is the largest publicly-traded wholesale distributor delivering healthier food options throughout the U.S. and Canada. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Assurant, Inc., a leading property and casualty insurance company that provides protection services for connected devices, homes and automobiles across the globe, since January 2026. She received a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Ms. Blake is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She also received the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certification and the NACD Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight.
