Geoffrey G. Gilmore Age 54 Director since December 2023 Mr. Gilmore is our President and CEO and is a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, Mr. Gilmore served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Worthington Enterprises, Inc. from August 2018 to November 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Gilmore served as President of Worthington Cylinder Corporation from June 2016 to August 2018, and as President of The Worthington Steel Company from August 2012 through May 2016.
