David P. Blom Age 72 Director since June 2019 David P. Blom is the chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Blom served as President and CEO of OhioHealth Corporation, a non-profit, healthcare system in central Ohio, from March 2002 until his retirement in June 2019. Mr. Blom previously served as President of OhioHealth s central Ohio hospitals Grant Medical Center, Riverside Methodist Hospital and Doctors Hospital while also serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of OhioHealth.
