Ms. Sylvester has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2021. Since 2016, Ms. Sylvester has served on the board of Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) and is chair of its Human Resources and Sustainability and Safety Committees and serves as a member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Since March 2021, Ms. Sylvester has served on the board of Waste Management, Inc. (NYSE: WM) and is a member of its Management Development and Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees.
