Ms. Coopes currently serves as a Class II member of our Board. Ms. Coopes currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Unite Digital which she founded in January 2016. Before founding Unite Digital, from March 2003 to December 2015, Ms. Coopes served in various management roles within FordDirect, including as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FordDirect, from June 2011 to December 2015.
