Isiah Thomas serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of One World Products, Inc., a publicly traded materials and manufacturing company focused on the micronization and pelletization of recycled and bio-based feedstocks for automotive and food-packaging applications. Under his leadership, the Company has completed a strategic turnaround, brought all regulatory filings current, achieved operational breakeven, and positioned the business for disciplined growth as it transitions to Isiah Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Thomas is also the Founder and Chairman of Isiah International, LLC, a holding company established in 2011 with interests in a diversified portfolio of operating businesses across manufacturing, consumer products, media, and technology. His executive experience spans public company leadership, operational turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and governance, with a demonstrated ability to stabilize complex organizations and transition them to execution-focused growth. In addition to his operating roles, Mr. Thomas has served as a director of Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE: SPHR) since 2020 and currently serves on the boards of ForbesBLK, a nonprofit organization supporting Black entrepreneurs and professionals, and Strategic Wireless Infrastructure Fund II, a private investment fund. He also serves as an NBA commentator and analyst for NBC, NBA TV and Turner Sports. Earlier in his career, Mr. Thomas held senior leadership positions across professional sports organizations, including Minority Owner and Executive Vice President of the Toronto Raptors, Owner of the Continental Basketball Association, and President of Basketball Operations and Head Coach of the New York Knicks, among other executive roles. He began his professional career as a Hall of Fame point guard for the Detroit Pistons, where he played from 1981 to 1994. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a Master's degree in Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
