Jackie Davidson has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2018. Ms. Davidson is an independent business consultant and advisor. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Market Leader, a SaaS software and lead generation service for real estate professionals from 2008 to 2014, and as Market Leader's Vice President of Finance from 2004 to 2008. She has held financial leadership positions at other public companies, including Penford Corporation and The Cobalt Group, and at other private companies. Ms. Davidson started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. Ms. Davidson has served on private company and nonprofit boards, including the Washington CPA Foundation. Ms. Davidson holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
