Ellen M. Zane Director Since 2019 Age 74 Committees Audit and MDC (Audit Committee Financial Expert) Independent Skills Financial Expert C-Suite Experience Government Regulatory Health and Wellness Human Capital Compensation Strategic Planning Ms. Zane brings to the Board executive experience in the healthcare industry, including as the CEO of a large medical center, in addition to her financial expertise and substantial experience as a director at other public companies. She currently serves as CEO Emeritus at Tufts Medical Center, and previously served as its President and CEO (2004 to 2011). Ms. Zane served as Network President for Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners Healthcare System), a physician hospital network sponsored by the Harvard affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women s Hospital (1994 to 2004).
