Mr. Marr has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Trustees of CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), a real estate company that acquires, owns, operates, and develops self-storage facilities in the United States, since 2014 and as President of CubeSmart since 2008. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of CubeSmart from 2012 to 2014, as Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2008, and as Treasurer from 2006 to 2012. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Marr served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN), a publicly-traded office REIT. Prior to joining Brandywine Realty Trust, Mr. Marr served as Chief Financial Officer of Storage USA, Inc., a publicly-traded self-storage REIT, from 1998 to 2002.
