We believe Ms. Kramer is qualified to serve on our Board because of her financial expertise and management experience. Ms. Kramer has served as a member of our Board of Directors since January 2020. From January 2015 to December 2020, Ms. Kramer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cisco, a worldwide technology company. From January 2012 to January 2015, Ms. Kramer served in various finance roles at Cisco, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Senior Vice President, Business Technology and Operations Finance. Prior to Cisco, she served in various finance roles at GE Healthcare Systems, GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging, and GE Healthcare Biosciences.
