Mr. Aschleman retired from the law firm Baker & Daniels LLP (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP) in December 2011. As a partner in the firm since 1976, Mr. Aschleman advised public and private companies on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions and compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
