Ms. Randolph served as the Chief Information Officer of U.S. beauty retailer, Ulta Beauty, Inc. ( Ulta ) from 2014 to 2020. Prior to Ulta, Ms. Randolph served as the Chief Information Officer of Reitmans (Canada) Limited, a Canadian specialty apparel retailer, from 2008 to 2014. In August 2023, Ms. Randolph was appointed to the Board of Directors of Dollar Tree, Inc., a Fortune 200 retailer, and serves on its Audit Committee and Finance Committee.
