Ms. Dorsey has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2023. Since June 2025, Ms. Dorsey has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Alight Solutions, LLC, a leading cloud-based human capital and technology-enabled services provider that helps large employers administer employee benefits and manage human resources, health, wealth, well-being, and related workforce services. From 2015 to May 2025, Ms. Dorsey served as Executive Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer for International Motors, LLC ( International Motors ), a manufacturer of commercial transportation vehicles. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of human resource strategy and provided strategic business and human capital leadership that drove change and innovation at the company. Prior to that role, Ms. Dorsey led strategic human capital direction for all business operations at International Motors while overseeing International Motors team of human capital business partners. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certification in labor and employment law. We believe Ms. Dorsey is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to her extensive experience in the human capital management field, with an emphasis on change and innovation.
