Ms. Rosenfeld served as Chairman of the Board of Mondel z International, Inc., a global snack food and beverage company (which changed its name from Kraft Foods, Inc. in October 2012), from November 2017 to March 2018, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from March 2007 to November 2017 and as Chief Executive Officer and a director from June 2006 to March 2007. Prior to that, she served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, Inc., from September 2004 to June 2006. Ms. Rosenfeld was employed continuously by Mondel z International and its predecessor companies, in various capacities from 1981 to 2003, including President, Kraft Foods North America; President, Kraft Foods Operations, Technology & Information Systems; and President, Kraft Foods Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Ms. Rosenfeld holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.S. in Business and a Ph.D. in Marketing & Statistics from Cornell University. Ms. Rosenfeld s qualifications to serve on our Board include her extensive executive management experience, including experience in international operations, which is a source of important insights to our Board and provides a useful resource to our senior management. Her experience with corporate governance matters and service on other public company boards also provide valuable insights to our Board.
