Karen Boone has served as a member of our Board since January 2019, and served as Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President from May 2024 to December 2024. Prior to her service at the Company, Ms. Boone served as the President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Restoration Hardware, Inc., a home furnishings company, from May 2014 to August 2018 and as Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to May 2014. From 1996 to 2012, Ms. Boone held various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, a public accounting firm, most recently as an Audit Partner. Ms. Boone currently serves on the board of directors of CoreWeave, Inc., Sonos, Inc., Rivian Automotive, Inc. and several private companies. We believe Ms. Boone is qualified to serve on our Board because of her deep knowledge of the Company, her extensive product and retail experience leading a consumer brand and her expertise and background with regard to overseeing administrative functions, including human resources, investor relations, accounting and legal. Ms. Boone's experience in strategic and financial planning for public companies, including her service on the boards and audit committees of public companies, brings essential leadership and financial expertise to our Board.
