Director since 2021 Age 70 Mr. Henderson has served as a member of our Board since November 2021. Mr. Henderson served as the Vice Chairman at TransDigm from 2017 to 2021. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of TransDigm s Airframe Segment from 2014 to 2016 and as Executive Vice President from 2005 to 2014. From 1999 to 2008, he also served as President of AdelWiggins Group, a division of TransDigm.
