Mr. James has over 30 years of experience in the global nonperforming loan industry serving in leadership roles that oversaw operations, business development and investments. He has served as President, PRA Group Europe since June 2025, having previously served as Executive Vice President, Global Investments Officer from June 2023 to June 2025. Mr. James also served as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Europe, a position he assumed in July 2014. From 2012, when Mr. James joined the Company as part of its acquisition of MacKenzie Hall, until July 2014, Mr. James served in roles of increasing responsibility with the Company, including as CEO of MacKenzie Hall and the Company s UK subsidiary.
