Colin Angle has been a director of the Company since August 2024. Since October 2024, Mr. Angle has been the chief executive officer of Companion.ai, a technology company focused on artificial intelligence and human machine interaction, and the co-founder and chief executive officer of Familiar Machines & Magic, a technology start-up focused on building consumer-facing artificial intelligence and robotics products. Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Angle was chief executive officer of iRobot Corporation from June 1997 to January 2024, where he was a co-founder and served on the board from October 1992 to May 2024, including as chairman of the board from October 2008 to January 2024. Mr. Angle previously worked at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he participated in the development of behavior-based robotic systems, including technologies that contributed to the Sojourner rover mission to Mars in 1997. He is a director of Ixcela, Inc., a private biotech company that provides support and treatment for a variety of gut-related diseases. He is the Chairman of the Board of Science from Scientists, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to improving attitudes and aptitudes in STEM through hands-on science education programs delivered to schools. Mr. Angle holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
