He previously held the CFO role at Veracyte, Inc., a molecular diagnostics leader, overseeing its successful NASDAQ IPO, multiple follow-on offerings, and expansion into new cancer diagnostics markets. Earlier positions include Senior Vice President of Finance at Affymetrix, Inc., CFO at Invuity, Inc., and various senior finance roles at Boston Scientific Corporation, where he spearheaded financings, acquisitions, and global reporting. In his current role at Pulse Biosciences, Skinner leads all financial operations, including budgeting, investor relations, SEC compliance, and capital allocation to support the company's Gene Mediated Electrokinetic Delivery (GMED) platform and clinical pipeline.
