Richard Zannino has served as a director since 2012. Mr. Zannino served as the Chief Executive Officer of Michaels Companies, Inc., a leading specialty retailer in arts, crafts, framing, floral, and home décor, from July 2011 until July 2022. Prior to joining Michaels, Mr. Zannino served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. from 2010 to 2011. From 2008 to 2010, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of The Ryland Group, Inc. During his career, Mr. Zannino has been in executive leadership positions at the Walt Disney Company, Revlon, Inc., and GENESCO Inc. Mr. Zannino currently serves as a director of H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB) and has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors of Stage Stores, Inc. Mr. Zannino was appointed to the Board of Directors of Destination XL Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DXLG) in December 2023 and continues to serve as a director of this company. Mr. Zannino's extensive retail, merchandising, operations, and business experience as a chief executive officer and his board experience at publicly traded retail and other companies qualify him to serve as one of our directors.
