Pierre Naud is a founder of nCino and has been a member of our board of directors since nCino began operations and Chairman of our board of directors since May 10, 2022. Mr. Naud served as nCino s Chief Executive Officer from its inception until February 1, 2025, when he transitioned to the position of Executive Chairman. The initial term of Mr. Naud s appointment as Executive Chairman expired on January 31, 2026. Upon expiration of the initial term, Mr. Naud transitioned to serving as a non-employee director and Chairman, effective February 1, 2026. Prior to his employment at nCino, Mr. Naud served as the Divisional President of S1 Corporation from October 2005 to its acquisition in February 2012. Mr. Naud served as Vice President and Managing Partner of Unisys, a global information technology company, from January 2004 to October 2005 and as Managing Partner from January 2000 to December 2003. Mr. Naud holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from Upper Iowa University. As one of the founders of the Company, we believe Mr. Naud is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his immersive knowledge of our business. We believe that his experience gives him unique insights into our opportunities, challenges and operations.
