JOHN B. GERLACH, JR. retired in December 2023 after serving as Executive Chairman of the Board of the Corporation since July 2017. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation from 1997 until June 2017. Mr. Gerlach brings significant leadership and operational management experience to the Board. Mr. Gerlach has demonstrated strong executive leadership skills through over 35 years of executive officer service with the Corporation, including over 20 years as CEO.
