Prior to that, Mr. Jabre served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dialog Semiconductor Plc, a provider of semiconductor-based system solutions, from 2016 until it was acquired by Renesas Electronics Corporation in 2021. Mr. Jabre previously served as Corporate Vice President of Finance at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., from 2014 to 2016. Prior to 2014, he served in various finance leadership positions at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. (acquired by NXP Semiconductors N.V.).
