Mr. Hadjipateras has served on the Board since our formation in July 2013. Mr. Hadjipateras and Mr. McAvity were re-elected at the Company s 2022 annual meeting of shareholders. Upon the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Board after due consideration has nominated Messrs. Hadjipateras, McAvity and Ross for re-election as Class III directors to serve until the Company s annual meeting of shareholders in 2028, and until such director s successor is elected and has qualified.
