Mr. Bluedorn has served as a member of our Board of Directors since August 2023. He has most recently served as Vice Chair of Madison Industries, a privately-held industrial company, from 2022 to 2023. Prior to Madison Industries, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Lennox International, a climate control solutions provider, from 2007 to 2022, and as Chairman of the board of Lennox International from 2012 to 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Bluedorn held several senior management positions at United Technologies Corporation, including leading Otis Elevator North & South America, an elevator manufacturer and maintainer. He also served on the board of directors of Eaton Corporation from 2010 to 2020. He currently sits on the board of directors of Texas Instruments, a global semiconductor company, and Medline Inc., a provider of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions. Mr. Bluedorn holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. We believe that Mr. Bluedorn is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors due to his leadership and business experience in the industrial sector and his service in several senior management positions.
