Ms. Livermore has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2021. She previously served in various management and leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard Company from 1982 to October 2011, most recently serving as Executive Vice President. Ms. Livermore currently serves on the boards of directors of Qualcomm Incorporated, a wireless technology company, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company.
