Mr. Braham previously served as Managing Director and Global Head, Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions, for Deutsche Bank Securities from 2004 until 2012. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Managing Director and Co-head, West Coast U.S. Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions, for Credit Suisse First Boston. Prior to that, Mr. Braham was an investment banker with UBS Securities and a partner at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati (a prominent Silicon Valley law firm).
