Ryan Israel has served as a member of our Board and as Chief Investment Officer since May 2025. Mr. Israel joined the Pershing Square investment team in 2009 and has served as the Chief Investment Officer of PSCM since August 2022. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of PS Inc. since June 2024. Mr. Israel was previously an analyst at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in the Technology, Media and Telecom group.
