Since 2004, Mr. Berthelot has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cito Capital Corporation, a strategic consulting firm. From 2010 until 2024, Mr. Berthelot served as Managing Principal and founder of Corporate Governance Advisors Inc., a consulting firm that provides board evaluation and advisory services. Mr. Berthelot is a Certified Public Accountant. Since 2009, Mr. Berthelot has been a faculty member of the University of California San Diego s Rady School of Management, where he teaches corporate governance in the MBA program.
