Mr. Kennedy is our chairman emeritus and lead independent director. He served as chairman of our Board from 2010 to 2022. Mr. Kennedy served as executive chairman of the Company from 2010 to 2012. From 2003 to 2010, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of The First American Corporation, the Company s prior parent company, and as its president from 1993 to 2004. He served as a director of The First American Corporation and, as renamed in 2025, Cotality (formerly, CoreLogic, Inc.), from 1987 to 2011, and was Cotality's executive chairman from 2010 to 2011. He is a director of the Automobile Club of Southern California. We believe that Mr. Kennedy, who has worked with us in various capacities for over 40 years, has unparalleled executive experience in our industry.
