Robert L. Oliver, Jr. has been a director since May 2023. From 2010 to 2020, Mr. Oliver served in a variety of senior positions at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc., a pharmaceutical company and subsidiary of Otsuka Holdings Co.
