Mr. MacKay has been a director since June 2022. His extensive experience in private finance and governance spans over three decades, including dozens of acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations and refinancings across a broad spectrum of industries including financial services, business services, retail and technology. Mr. MacKay is currently a Senior Advisor at England & Company LLC, an independent investment bank where he previously served as a Partner from 2012 until his retirement in 2022. Mr. MacKay previously headed the Private Finance and High Yield Capital Markets Origination Groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He was also the founder and managing member of HNY Associates, LLC, an investment banking boutique.
