Mr. Nash is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of CarMax, Inc., the largest retailer of used cars in the U.S. He served in this role from 2016 until December 2025, overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategy, finance, operations, technology, marketing and human resources, and he led the company through a technological and digital transformation to become an omnichannel retailer. He first joined CarMax in 1997 and previously held various roles there, including Executive Vice President of human resources and administrative services from 2012 until 2016.
