Ms. Catalano served in various capacities for BP plc, and its predecessor Amoco Corporation, from 1979 until her retirement in 2003, including serving as Group Vice President, Marketing, for BP plc from 2000 to 2003 and as SVP, Sales Operations from 1996 to 1999. During her executive career, Ms. Catalano had extensive experience in downstream retail marketing, and as SVP, Sales Operations was responsible for Amoco s portfolio of retail facilities across the U.S., including direct and distributor channels and product terminal operations. Additional Directorships: Ms. Catalano currently serves as a director of Ecovyst Inc. and Frontdoor, Inc.
