Served as Chairman from 2006 to 2016 and President and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 until his retirement in 2015 of AK Steel Holding Corporation, a leading steel production and manufacturing company. Joined AK Steel in 1995 as Vice President and Treasurer and was appointed Chief Financial Officer two years later. Served in a number of leadership positions at National Steel Corporation.
