Ms. Eden served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TXNM Energy, Inc. from 2022 until her retirement in 2025. She has deep experience in the energy industry across a diverse energy delivery portfolio. During her tenure with TXNM Energy, the parent company of Public Service Company of New Mexico and also of Texas-New Mexico Power Company, Ms. Eden served as Vice President and Treasurer (2021-2022 and 2015-2018), Vice President and Chief Information Officer (2020-2021), and Vice President of Human Resources (2018-2020), in addition to other senior-level director roles. Ms. Eden currently serves on the Board of Presbyterian Healthcare Services, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of its patients, members and communities in New Mexico and previously served on the United Way of Central New Mexico s Finance Committee (2021-2025). Ms. Eden also holds a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) charter which recognizes investment management professionals.
