Mr. Hudson served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (Seacoast) and Seacoast National Bank (Seacoast Bank) from January 2021 until February 2022. Mr. Hudson served as Chairman of the Board of Seacoast (2005-2020) and a member of the Compensation Committee during 2025, and continues to serve as a member of the Board (since 1984), Chair of the Directors' Credit Risk Committee, and a member of the Corporate Development Committee. Mr. Hudson served as Chief Executive Officer of Seacoast (1998-2020) and Seacoast Bank (1992-2020), was the President and Chief Operating Officer of these entities, and held various other managerial positions.
