Susan L. Decker has been a director of the Company since October 2004. She is Chief Executive Officer and founder of Raftr, Inc., a community experience platform for campuses, founded in 2018. From 2000 to 2009, Ms. Decker served in various executive management roles at Yahoo! Inc., including President from 2007 to 2009 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2007.
