Mr. Skaggs brings over 25 years of executive leadership in the high-technology and semiconductor industries, including CEO and CFO roles at public companies in the space. His board experience and expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, and financial management make him a highly valuable contributor to the Board. Mr. Skaggs joined the Board in conjunction with the acquisition of Coherent, Inc. in 2022. Previously, Mr. Skaggs served as a member of the board of directors of Coherent, Inc. beginning in 2013. Mr. Skaggs has been a private investor since 2016. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Atmel Corporation, a leading supplier of microcontrollers, from 2013 until its acquisition by Microchip Technology Incorporated in 2016. Mr. Skaggs has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including serving as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Lattice.
