Mr. Huey brings a wealth of banking expertise, executive leadership, and regulatory insight. He joined Capitol Federal Savings in 1991 as the Central Region Lending Officer, gaining firsthand experience with the Bank's operations, regional lending risks, and customer relations. From June 2002 until his retirement from Capitol Federal Savings in January 2010, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Capitol Federal Savings, where he expanded his supervisory experience and oversaw the Bank's lending strategies, credit underwriting, and financial performance. During that same period, he was President of Capitol Funds, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, and from August 2002 he also served as President of Capitol Federal Mortgage Reinsurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Capitol Funds, Inc.
