Mr. Smith currently serves as our chairman and chief executive officer. He was elected chairman in 2003 and has served as chief executive officer since 1995. Mr. Smith previously served as president of the Company and chairman of Capital City Bank from 1995 through 2025. In addition, Mr. Smith has served as a director of Southern Company since 2006.
